Responsibilities of Manager include, but are not limited to :

Leading & Coaching the Team

• ? Hold the team accountable
• ? Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service
• ? Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances
• ? Provide feedback and encouragement to employees
• ? Answer questions and field team member phone calls as needed
• ? Use good judgement to know when to contact Store Owner with emergency situations
