Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to support our client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for a project that is consolidating many interrelated retail technologies into one large ecosystem, playing a key role in all aspects of the lifecycle from planning and development through final deployment and long-term sustainment. The primary objective for this role is to support the Retail Technology Modernization Program for a parcel logistics business, focusing on PMO governance, journey mapping, retail technology stack development, pilot deployment planning, and operational optimization. This detail-oriented, hardworking individual must be capable of managing competing tasks and interacting with a variety of stakeholders across geographically diverse project teams.

Responsibilities
This Technical Analyst role is focused on project management, critical thinking and problem-solving, relationship management, technical analysis and assessment, and process improvement. Responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to :
Analyze complicated and / or sensitive information to address complex retail technology investment decisions
