Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus

They are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key financial operations and support the firm's continued growth.

Accounting Manager - Core Responsibilities :

Daily / Weekly Tasks :

Oversee billing operations, including electronic billing systems

Supervise and support a team of billing clerks, AR, collections, and e-billing staff

Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial planning and analysis

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting

Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members

Monthly / Quarterly Tasks :

Lead monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes

Coordinate with leadership on fiscal year-end close and audit preparation

Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts

Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred

Strong tenure and leadership experience in accounting roles
