Job Purpose

The Sales Enablement Analyst - Autonomous Systems reviews sales data to spot trends and optimize pricing, forecasting, and other areas to boost sales and profitability. This role is vital to the business development team for several critical reasons including providing up-to-date sales and forecasting information to the Autonomous Systems management team to aid data-driven decision making and reporting. The Sales Enablement Analyst will further enhance the business development mission by assisting the team improve sales forecasting accuracy thus enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency.

Travel Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Identifying sales trends and areas for growth
  • Creating reports and forecasts
  • Collaborating with the global sales teams
  • Monitoring pricing and margins
  • Supporting the sales team with presentations and proposals
  • Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or financ
  • Experience working in a mining, construction, or agricultural equipment OEM or distributor is required.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel and CRM software like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and business acumen skill
  • Desired Skills

  • Master's degree in business or finance preferred
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • SAP experience
  • ChatGPT, Gemini, or CoPilot experience
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot) to enhance sales analysis processes and drive efficiency is highly desirable
