We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering technical solutions to our customers.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and a passion for technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in the mining and industrial sectors. Specific experience with pump sales and / or bulk material handling weighing solutions is a plus.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Must be based in or around Reno, NV, Winnemucca, NV, Elko, NV, Wells, NV, Salt Lake City, UT
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mining and industrial sectors
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to deliver technical solutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers on products and solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends
