Construction Project Manager

This is a leadership role with a company that has a full backlog into 2026. This firm specializes in large-scale education and multifamily projects. Job Description :

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

    The Successful Applicant :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
