About The Position

Summary :   The Certified Surgical Technologist assists surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment to ensure patient safety and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control standards.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery.
• Clean and restock the operating room after procedures.
