Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract-to-Hire

Location : Ranson, WV

Join BGSF for a hands-on maintenance role where you’ll help keep this community in top shape! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and room to grow.

Pay & Schedule :

$21 / hr

Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (days and hours may vary based on property needs)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with repairs and work orders
• Prepare make-ready apartments for new tenants
• Support property-wide projects (painting outdoor fixtures, repairing porch posts, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and orderly property environment

Qualifications :

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Ability to perform general repairs and painting
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working on varied tasks and projects
