Descripción del trabajoSupport staff : 2 teams, each with : 1 attending, 3 NP, 1 fellow Overnight there's 1 attending, 2 NPs Amount of coverage needed per month : Minimum 4 12-hour shifts Patients per day : 17-18 Patient population / age : Majority peds, neonatal(8 beds), 8% of total population is adult congenital Department description : 350 surgical cases / year Majority of patients are surgical Patients include : a significant heart failure population, patients on vents, patients who are pre & post op, patients with cardiac catheterization, many patients on ECMO, many pre-post op transplant patients Access to an extensive benefits package, including day 1 health, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid life insurance, a health reimbursement account, and more!\t Weekly paychecks with competitive pay packages\t Matching 401(k) benefits to help you save for retirement\t Licensure assistance and reimbursement to set you up for success on your contract\t Travel reimbursement and dedicated housing support while on assignment\t Referral cash bonuses when you connect us with other clinicians Estimate of weekly payments is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
