A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Specialist to assist clients in recruiting participants for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Guide new clients through the onboarding process and support their use of the systems

Proactively monitor client projects to ensure enrollment targets are met and address any roadblocks

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in client-focused roles or customer service

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Proactive problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
