Responsibilities

Add or update vendor pricing and availability for high-volume and high-impact SKUs
Map product substitutes and suggest viable alternatives
Execute catalog enhancements to reduce customer friction and improve fulfillment rates
Partner with the Data team to QA product enrichment initiatives
Source information from vendor sites with speed and accuracy
Identify optimization opportunities that improve customer savings or Order.co revenue
Implement impactful time-of-order optimizations and facilitate live quotes to vendor contacts

Qualifications

Detail-oriented executor with a knack for spotting inconsistencies in data

Strong written communication skills and follow-through

Comfort navigating e-commerce sites and vendor portals

1+ year in data entry, merchandising, operations, or e-commerce preferred

Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and comfort learning new tools

New York based candidates strongly preferred

The anticipated payrate for this role is $28-31 / hour. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
