Job Title : Integration Developer – SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure & Payment Systems

Domain : Information Technology (IT), Public Services

Location : Hybrid – Harrisburg, PA (must reside within 1 hour; onsite 3–4 days / month as required)

Contract Type : Contractor

Pay Rate : USD $80 – $85 per hour

Experience Required : 8 – 10 years

Engagement : Full-time, 40 hours / week

Contract Duration : Initial engagement (extensions based on performance)

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to support high-impact modernisation projects in the public sector.

This role focuses on integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and payment processing applications into mission-critical tolling and contact centre environments.

You’ll design, develop, and optimise backend services and APIs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital payment and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Connect and integrate diverse enterprise systems, including SAP S / 4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, IVR / telephony, mobile / web apps, and middleware.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang and . NET .
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs , microservices, and cloud-native distributed systems.
• Ensure seamless CI / CD pipelines and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
• Architect solutions that comply with industry regulations and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other security / regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC2 / 3, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues in high-volume processing.
• Document all technical work, including designs, test plans, impact analysis, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with business owners, sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
