Pay Rate : $39.29 / hr. W2 All Inclusive

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Senior Accountant participates in all function-based accounting activities, including cash & banking , revenue deferrals , selling expenses , G&A , marketing , and month-end close activities . The role includes balance sheet reconciliation , collaboration with finance, accounting, and operations teams , and supporting internal & external audits .

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for various function-based accounting activities (e.g., cash & banking , revenue deferrals , legal expenses , marketing , depreciation , etc.).
• Completes month-end close duties accurately and timely ( journal entries , variance analysis ).
• Interacts with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholders across North America and globally.
• Prepares / reviews balance sheet reconciliations ; analyzes balances and communicates unreconciled items.
• Works directly with internal / external auditors to support audits and quarterly / annual reviews.
• Proactively identifies and implements process improvements .
• Completes special projects as assigned.
