Pay rate : $23.72 / hour

Shift Schedule : Mon-Fri, 3rd Shift- 12AM - 8AM

Contract : 5 month

What's a typical day as a Logistics Clerk IV. You'll be :

Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to ensure proper alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems.

Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure product freshness and compliance.

Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and delivery accuracy.

Schedule and follow up on carrier appointments to maintain timely shipments.

Maintain accurate documentation of all inbound / outbound shipments and yard inventory.

Receive and process packaging shipments, verifying system entries and resolving discrepancies.

Support warehouse operators and ensure trucks are loaded and departing on time.

Handle donation, take-home, and animal feed shipments according to site protocols.

Assist in maintaining inventory records and disposing of expired packaging properly.

Operate a telehandler for loading and unloading as needed.

Perform clerical duties to support the shipping office and logistics management team.

Contribute to continuous improvement and cost analysis projects related to logistics performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, or supply chain management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP R3 or ERP systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Nice-to-Have :

Prior experience in a food manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and warehouse safety standards.

Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking or process improvement.

Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Shift Schedule : May vary depending on warehouse operations

Physical Requirements : Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform clerical tasks

Work Conditions : Indoor warehouse / office environment with possible exposure to production areas
