A company is looking for a Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Own new-business revenue and design the go-to-market strategy across various market segments

Co-sell and close enterprise deals while coaching and developing sales managers to foster a culture of accountability

Scale outbound efforts to enhance the pipeline and implement consistent frameworks for the sales team

Required Qualifications

10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

Experience scaling a B2B SaaS company to $100M+ ARR

Proven track record of closing complex deals at large organizations

Ability to build and manage outbound sales development and account executive motions

Adaptable mindset with a strong customer focus and executive presence
