Licensed Lead Counsel

A company is looking for a Lead Counsel to provide strategic legal advice and manage legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and implement compliance training and corporate policy attestations

Manage litigation, oversee outside counsel, and represent the company in arbitration proceedings

Advise on corporate compliance and handle governance matters for international subsidiaries

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of legal practice in a law firm or corporate legal department

Expertise in privacy, intellectual property, employment law, and compliance

Active license to practice law in good standing

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
