Key Responsibilities :

Maintain an optimal resident to staff ratio of approximately 7 to 1.

Follow care plans and provide direct patient care, assisting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.

Assess and monitor resident needs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.

Work collaboratively with nursing staff to accurately record vital signs and document Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Uphold infection control standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess resident needs to ensure satisfaction.

What You Need to Apply :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population.

Certified Nursing Aide licensure as required by state regulations.

CBRF Certification for Assisted Living / Memory Care settings.
