As a Server at Giana, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable moments for our guests. Your infectious enthusiasm, genuine smile, and attentive service will set the tone for a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on every visitor. Your passion for food and beverage will shine as you showcase our innovative menu offerings, guiding guests through a culinary journey that highlights the best of modern American cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
  • Take pride in knowing the menu inside-out, confidently presenting food and beverage options and making personalized recommendations.
  • Provide seamless and attentive service, from taking orders to delivering delectable dishes and beverages with finesse.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless flow of service and maintain an impeccable dining environment.
  • Embrace eco-conscious practices and sustainability initiatives, reflecting Giana's commitment to responsible and ethical dining.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and maintaining an organized and clean dining area.
  • Embrace a teamwork-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our guests' needs and busy dining times.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, always striving to deliver outstanding service and elevate the guest experience.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hours.
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and embraces the opportunity to be part of the founding team at Giana.
