Job Description

As a Motion Web Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.

Onsite Requirement : This position requires being onsite at our client’s Miami office (near the airport) 3 days per week.

You bring to the team the following competencies :

• 8+ years of experience in creative or visual design roles, ideally in digital environments.
• Mastery of Lottie Files and light motion design for icons and interactive elements.
• Familiarity with Figma for crafting responsive web designs.
• Experience creating and editing video content for hero sections, homepage banners, or other dynamic assets.
• Strong understanding of ADA compliance principles for web accessibility :
• Ability to adapt and recycle pre-approved design elements while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• A refined eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy .
• Basic understanding of UI and usability principles to ensure function supports form.
