Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to provide analytical and operational support to its leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and create reports for decision-making

Contribute to strategic planning and manage key projects to meet deadlines

Assist in developing and optimizing operational processes to enhance effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years' experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, or a related field preferred

Advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau

Healthcare, Financial, Accounting, or Quantitative background is a plus

Experience collaborating across multiple functions is a plus
