Step into an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in  beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY , where flexibility, support, and top-tier compensation come together.

We’re seeking a  Board-Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine Physician  to join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, teaching opportunities, and long-term growth — all in one of New York’s most scenic and thriving communities.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver  comprehensive outpatient primary care  to patients of all ages

Maintain a  40-hour workweek  with  34 hours of patient-facing time

See  18–24 patients per day  with strong support from APPs and staff

Participate in a  low-frequency, phone-only call rotation  with RN triage

Offer occasional  telemedicine coverage  (a few hours on select weekends)

Collaborate with a  physician-led care team  in a system that values your input

Optional teaching of  NP / PA and med students , and pathways into  hospital or leadership roles

Compensation & Perks :

Base salary : $250,000–$260,000

Sign-on bonus : Up to  $75,000  paid in full with your first paycheck

$25,000 retention bonus  at start of Year 2

Productivity incentives  available from Day 1

✅  What You Need to Qualify :

Board Certified  in Family Medicine (or truly Board Eligible within 5 years)

Active NY medical license  (or willing to obtain)

Clean malpractice and license history ( required )

DEA + ACLS certifications

Strong interest in caring for  patients across all ages

Willingness to work full-time with a  4- or 5-day schedule

Must live  outside a 30-mile radius  of Saratoga Springs
