Growing plastics manufacturing company in the Ludlow, MA area is looking for a Controller to join their dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who will manage the day-to-day business accounting, implement, and monitor internal controls, analyze financial records, oversee the accounting operations, invoicing, AR / AP, purchasing, and including managing office staff. Accounting degree required.

Responsibilities :

• Manages accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepares financial statements
• Manage business banking partnerships, main point of contact for Banks
• Invoicing and payables
• Manages subcontractor documentation
• Prepares end of fiscal yearbook closing and reviews, compiles financial statements
• Coordinates with the AR and AP staff
• Maintains company records related to contractors, employees, and payroll
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
