They are looking for a strong General Superintendent with specific experience in mission critical and healthcare to add to their successful team.

Key Responsibilities for a Mission Critical Construction General Superintendent

Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Create schedules, set milestones, and establish deadlines to ensure the project progresses in an organized and timely manner.

Budget Management : Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints. Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and safety standards.

Team Leadership : Assemble and lead a team of construction professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration. Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and updates to team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Resource Allocation : Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of necessary materials and services.

The successful Mission Critical Construction General Superintendent

• 10 years with relevant construction experience specifically mission critical project experience
• Proven track record of managing mission critical or other construction projects
• Technical degree level education in construction or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
