Qualifications Experience managing website content, preferably in the public sector or a regulated environment.

Proficiency with HCL Web Content Manager or experience working within the Innovate Ohio Platform.

Proficiency with the Cloudinary Digital Asset Manager (or equivalent).

Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Piwik PRO).

Experience with content strategy and governance frameworks.

Familiarity with HTML / CSS basics and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities Lead the strategy, creation, and governance of website content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with communications goals.

Serve as the primary author and editor within the IOP WCM / HCL platform, managing updates, new content creation, and structural changes.

Collaborate with communications, program, and IT staff to gather content requirements and ensure timely updates.

Ensure all content meets Client digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 compliance).

Monitor website analytics and user feedback to inform content improvements and optimize user experience.

Manage the web content lifecycle, including regular audits and archiving.
