Position Summary :
As a key member of the NBCRNA Marketing & Communications team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage NBCRNAs digital channels including the NBCRNA website, email, and automated voice messaging, and execute outreach campaigns on behalf of the organization. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, creativity, and the ability to manage short-term and long-term projects.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required :
Demonstrated competency using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot. ACGI email experience a plus!
Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Sitefinity.
Front end HTML experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Association Relationship Management programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and / or Canva.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Highly analytical, resourceful, and able to use creative problem-solving skills to move quickly from ideation to implementation.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects.
Able to multi-task, work independently, and think creatively.
High level of integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Responsibilities : Website :
Lead website content management and execution.
Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Provide recommendations and support to optimize the user experience.
Email & Automated Voice Messaging :
Manage a strategic annual email communications plan for the NBCRNA.
Ideate, develop, and execute all email campaigns on behalf of the organization.
Enhance NBCRNA email outreach with automated voice messaging and SMS campaigns.
Analytics :
Analyze data collected from the NBCRNA database.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and identify opportunities for new campaigns.
Collaboration :
Assist in the development and production of newsletters, videos, reports, meeting materials and other collateral.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate on-brand messaging and delivery.

We are currently offering a hybrid work schedule with three days in our office near O'Hare and two days working remotely.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $75,000
