We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of UX Research to lead our user research function and champion a user-centered approach across product development. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact research team, driving insights that inform design and product decisions, and shaping the future of our user experience strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive UX research strategy aligned with business goals.

Oversee the planning and execution of user research studies including usability testing, ethnographic research, surveys, and data analysis.

Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize research initiatives and influence product strategy.

Build scalable research operations including participant recruitment, tooling, and knowledge management.
