A local school is accepting applications for Substitute Paraprofessionals to assist students and staff during short-term absences. This flexible role provides the opportunity to support academic success and maintain structured classroom operations when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Assist teachers by implementing instructional activities and monitoring student engagement

Provide one-on-one or small-group academic reinforcement

Supervise students during breaks, transitions, and activities

Help prepare learning materials and maintain organized workspaces

Model positive behavior and encourage student participation

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education a plus

Experience working with children or in educational environments preferred

Adaptable and dependable for short-notice assignments

Effective communication and classroom management skills

Professional and supportive approach toward student learning

Location : Loomis, CA
