Descripción del trabajoOversee benefit and recruiting programs as well as HR compliance Administer medical, retirement, and leave of absence programs Manage vendor relationships and ensure program compliance with laws Lead recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding and orientations Conduct audits to ensure legal compliance and handle employee relations issues Bachelor's degree required 8 years of HR experience, 5 years in benefits administration Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred SPHR / PHR certification a plus Familiarity with labor laws and strong interpersonal skills BCBS Medical Insurance Cigna Dental / Vision Coverage Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account Life Insurance, Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match PTO and Bonus Opportunities
