Descripción del trabajoProvide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding Assist clients in dressing, laying out clothes, and maintaining hygiene Provide medication reminders Prepare meals, plan nutritional meals suited to the client's needs Perform light housekeeping tasks : laundry, linen changes, and keeping the home tidy Provide transportation to / from appointments and errands Help family members learn safe care techniques Follow the client’s care plan; report any changes in condition or needs Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience (agency, facility, or private client) Experience or comfort working with Dementia or Alzheimer’s clients is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to lift at least 25 lbs as needed Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations Tolerance for small pets (e.g., cats or dogs) Ability to communicate via phone or email for schedules, client updates, and emergencies Honest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacy Competitive pay, commensurate with experience $15.50 - $17.00 per hour (or adjust if local market demands) Health benefits available Training and continuing support are provided to help you succeed Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Meaningful work — make a real difference in seniors’ lives Supportive environment with training and resources Opportunities for professional growth Flexible schedules so you can balance work & life

Shift Details & Availability
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in one of these periods : 8 AM–8 PM
- 7 AM–7 PM
- 7 PM–7 AM
- Flexible scheduling; availability on weekends and overnight shifts may be required
