Mission Director

A company is looking for a Mission Director who will lead the creative development of game missions.

Key Responsibilities

Leads cross-disciplinary teams in developing exceptional game missions

Defines mission development goals and success measures in collaboration with project leaders

Evaluates game progress at all stages and synthesizes feedback to create actionable plans

Required Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of story, design, experience creation, and development craft

Effective time management and delegation skills

Strong critical eye for detail and ability to communicate effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to travel up to 10 days a year as needed
