This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing network performance, particularly in environments utilizing PTP, Multicast, Encoders / Decoders, Evertz NAT Card, and SMPTE 2110 standards.

• Lead escalation efforts for network outages and disruptions, serving as the go-to expert for incident response.
• Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and knowledge bases for the network operations team.
• Mentor and train network operations engineers, focusing on PTP and Multicast technologies, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
• Collaborate with Network Architecture and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project transitions to network operations.
