Now Hiring : Remote Customer Service Representatives (NJ Residents Only)

Start Date : November 3

Pay : $18 / hr (English-speaking) $19 / hr (Bilingual English / Spanish)

Requirements : Must reside in New Jersey Must have own equipment : Hard-wired internet (min. 50mbps down / 15mbps up) PC : Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen+ w / 2nd monitor, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage (50GB free), Windows 10+ Smartphone, webcam, wired headset Training : 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM EST

Work Schedule (Open Enrollment : Nov 1–Jan 31) :

Mon–Fri : 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM EST

Sat : 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST

Last 2 Sundays : 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST

Last 3 days : 8 : 00 AM–10 : 00 PM EST

1 week post-enrollment : 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM EST

Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls and inquiries Assist with healthcare applications, eligibility, and enrollment Document interactions in system Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED 6+ months experience Strong data entry, phone, and communication skills Fast-paced environment readiness Customer service / call center experience preferred Bilingual Spanish a plus
