A company is looking for an Outcomes Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and implement operational performance improvement projects aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate with various departments to ensure integration of operations and enhance patient care processes

Collect, analyze, and report quality data while maintaining adherence to quality standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or a related field

Three years of experience in a healthcare provider organization

Demonstrated leadership and management experience

Two years of project management experience preferred

Clinical experience or relevant licensure / certification preferred
