Job Description :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for clinical and allied health roles.
- Partner with department leaders to assess current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Contribute to retention initiatives and workforce planning to support long-term organizational goals.
- Prepare and present recruiting metrics and reports as required.
Experience :
Proven ability to recruit for a variety of clinical and allied health positions.Skills :
Proven ability to recruit for a variety of clinical and allied health positions.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment application software required.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Education :
