Registered Nurse - Case Manager\n\nLocation : North Carolina \n\n Job Summary (List Format) : \n\n \n\n $3,071.40!! GROSS WEEKLY
\n
\n- Position located at Alamance Regional Medical Center, Burlington, NC
\n- Schedule : 5x8 hour shifts, Days (Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm)
\n- Minimum 2 years of experience required; no first-time travelers accepted
\n- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
\n- Required acute hospital experience
\n- Experience required in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties
\n- Previous Charge Nurse experience required
\n- Must have experience with EPIC electronic health record system
\n- Responsibilities include case management and utilization review
\n- Discharge planning
\n- Needs assessment
\n- Ordering durable medical equipment (DME)
\n- Planning of care
\n- Regulatory experience required, specifically with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services)
\n- Must pass EKG exam (required for all RNs at Cone Health)
\n- Must be flexible with scheduling and adhere to strict attendance / tardiness policy
\n- Must be able to complete compliance requirements by the specified deadline\n
