Our client, a leading national telecommunications company, is seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Legal Consultants to join their Subpoena Compliance Team in Irving, TX. This is a 100% in-office position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on civil legal matters.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter legal process data into the workflow management system within time limits.
• Validate, log, and respond to civil legal demands for customer records in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
• Answer calls on the team's 800 number and process incoming legal documents.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
• Resolve data issues using standard procedures or escalate to a team lead / supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in all tasks.
• Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing, sorting, and mail distribution.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently.
