Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. In order to support our mission, Helio Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hepatitis C Care Coordinator to work on a Full-Time basis with our Opioid Treatment Program in Syracuse, NY .

The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, 5 : 30am-2 : 00pm.

This position is a three-year grant funded Hepatitis C Care Coordination position responsible for screening, tracking, community referrals, education, and facilitating insurance approval for this grant. Additionally, this position will be responsible for screening, tracking, care coordination, community referrals, education, and facilitating insurance approval for this grant. With Helio Health's continued growth there will likely be RN positions available in comparable programs upon the completion of this grant.

Pay Range : $37.00 - $40.50 per hour.
