Addiction Medicine Details :

PT- Flexible - 9am - 1am

• 100% outpatient
• 8-12 ppd
• Responsible for diagnosing to determine MAT / MOUD treatment and treating patients, care plans
• Certified, with license and MAT certification
• I take care of competitive 1099 or W2 compensation, malpractice and travel for assignment (if applicable)
