What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be the friendly face of OURCU, helping members handle their everyday financial needs with accuracy and care. From deposits and withdrawals to answering questions and exploring credit union products, you'll help bring our People Helping People philosophy to life.
In this role, you'll :
- Provide professional, efficient, and accurate teller services, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier's checks
- Balance your cash drawer daily and promptly resolve discrepancies
- Assist members with account questions, updates, and transactions
- Promote OURCU products and services that fit members' needs- always with a genuine, member-first approach
- Protect member information and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with your teammates to keep branch operations smooth, secure, and efficient
- Contribute to a welcoming environment where every member feels valued and supported
- Occasionally travel to Shelton and Elma branches for training, meetings, and team collaboration opportunities

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Montesano Branch . Schedule : Monday through Friday
