Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows and automation rules
Manage and resolve internal HubSpot-related tickets for over 100 users
Provide administrative support and assist in maintaining digital documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in an operations role (preferred)
Hands-on experience managing internal help tickets (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot)
Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation
Technical proficiency in G-Suite & Excel
Advanced or Near-Native English proficiency (spoken and written)
