What You'll Do

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
• Shape and stand up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs
• Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core
• Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology
• Design and transition clients to new operating models
• Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually
• Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini's value offer

The base salary range for the tagged location is $200,000 to $228,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
