report on-site. Hours are Monday- Friday- 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm IN OFFICE (1 day
REMOTE : Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).
Note : 35 hour workweek.All training will be conducted on premises at 25 Market St. Trenton, NJ.2-year college degree or equivalent technical study - preferredTraining on the Client procedures and system will be provided.Summary
The Helpdesk Coordinator will support and troubleshoot Microsoft applications, provide first-level technical assistance, and communicate effectively with end users. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to explain technical issues clearly, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adhering to established IT policies and proceduresQualifications & Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10Knowledge of Windows Server , Active Directory , and Office 365Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and VisioStrong verbal and written communication skillsTraining on Client mainframe systems will be providedResponsibilities
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of daily operations, tools, and applicationsFollow all Help Desk and IT Operations proceduresLog all incoming issues, requests, and actions taken to resolve themProvide first-response technical support to customers and usersSupport site operations and project-specific assignmentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems; fulfill user requestsSupport Client business applicationsProvide timely follow-up and status updates to end users based on support policiesEnsure all closed issues are thoroughly documentedRequired Skills :
