AD STARR is a company owned by DICK'S SPORTING GOODS. The Customer Service Specialist will support all aspects of the front office of the business, including answering incoming calls, providing general customer support, assisting with order / data entry and assisting the finance team with daily functions.

Role Responsibilities :

Ability to provide exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty in a fast paced, metric driven environment, based on Quality of interactions and efficiency :

Provide customer service and data entry for customers that contact the business by PHONE :

• Identify Existing vs. NEW customer
• Update customer details / validate all required information has been obtained
• Confirm existing customer details, updating any required changes
• Connect customer to specific sales rep (upon request), assigned the customer to a new sales rep, or execute a re-order based on the needs of the customer
• Collect call-back information if unable to service or pass along to a sales rep

Service WALK-IN customers :

Support the Finance Team :

Expected to assist other areas (uniform production team, warehouse team, etc.) of the business as needed.

AD STARR business hours are Monday Friday 8A to 5P

Weekends not required.
