Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgery (Night Shift)

Position Overview : We are seeking dedicated and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialized environment that values teamwork and exceptional patient care.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Compensation : Pay range is $37.50 - $56.25, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a $15,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd Shift positions, tuition assistance up to $7,200, and student loan forgiveness up to $20,000.

Your Role : As an RN in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, you will care for a diverse patient population, including those recovering from :

• Post-operative craniotomies
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients

Physical Requirements : This role requires physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform a variety of movements throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform patient transfers with assistance.
