Key Responsibilities :

Operations Management

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service in both front and back of house.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee and manage inventory for food, wine, and bar supplies; maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet brand and operational standards.
