- Dates : Dec 22-24, Feb 2-6, June 8-12, June 22-26, June 29-July 3, July 6-10, Aug ongoing
- Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
- Licensure Requirements : Provider must have had significant OB cases in the past year
- Hours : 7 am - 3 pm
- Call Hours : 3 pm - 7 am
- Scheduled Call : Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
- Supervision : All CRNA practice
- Type of cases required : General, Ortho, OB / GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts, or spines (350 deliveries a year). Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Number of ORs : 2
