Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and financials including forecasting and variance analysis

Lead daily project meetings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and resolve issues proactively

Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and senior stakeholders

57 years of direct project management experience, plus 510 years in PM-adjacent roles (PMO, BA, Test Lead, etc.)

Proven experience with commercial off-the-shelf software deployment and legacy system integration

Strong financial management skills including forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis

Proficiency with project management tools : Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, ServiceNow / SPM

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to run meetings and workshops effectively

Ability to create engaging executive summaries and visualizations of project data

Accrual-based accounting experience

Vendor management and RFP experience

Utility industry experience or background in large enterprise environments

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
