A company is looking for a Vice President of Mortgage Sales Operations to lead their nationwide contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing, multi-site call center operation for mortgage and personal loan products
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in consumer direct lending or mortgage call center operations
Demonstrated ability to coach and scale sales teams effectively
Proven success managing large, distributed teams in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
Track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence
