We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic  Physician  to join our  Pulmonary Care  team consisting of 2 APPs and 7 staff.

Position Details :

.75 FTE

Team : 2 APPs and 7 staff

• Office Hours :  7a - 4 : 30p Monday through Friday

Job Duties :

• .5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and APP (2) collaboration / supervision.
• .25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.

Education / Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required :   Pulmonary

Experience Requirements : Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Licensure : Indiana and Ohio Medical License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS / ACLS
