Descripción del trabajoHVAC Installation : Perform full installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical connections, and system setup, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations. System Testing : Test installed systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively before finalizing the job. Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers about the installation process, providing clear instructions on system operation and answering any questions. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of installations, including system details and any special instructions, in our CRM system. Collaboration : Work closely with other installers, technicians, and office staff to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to specification. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures, including ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup. Licensing & Certification : EPA Universal Certification or HVAC certifications (NATE) are a plus. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Attention to Detail : Ensures all installations are up to code, meet quality standards, and are completed on time. Customer Service : Excellent communication skills to explain installation processes to customers and answer any questions. Driving Record : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with other installers and team members to complete projects. Flexibility : Available for occasional weekends and overtime when needed. Safety-Conscious : Follows all safety guidelines and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
